Many personality style theories exist suggesting that leaders tend to behave in a predictable manner given their personality. Zing! is the theory of leadership that suggests a leader can influence at any given moment based upon what they bring to the situation, their environment of opportunity and selected set of leadership behaviors (or insights.) It also suggests that you might naturally be “red” or bold of presence, but can become more “yellow” and mellow if the environment calls for others to be “red.” This session offers the Zing!™ Leadership Personality and exercises to determine what colors look best on you!
