Customized training is the only retreat option available to students, professional staffs or a combination. The underlying theme of building collaboration and team synergy lay the foundation for additional training areas which can include, for example: community building, working through change, officer transition, leadership or supervision strategies, recruitment and retention, and so on. This is a self-contained retreat. Once the topics have been confirmed, all meals, program needs, lodging, and transportation from the airport is covered… Just add people! The work is done.
