Professional conferences are not only expensive when you add up meals, lodging and program costs, but they cost personal time. When effort and commitment doesn’t add up to increased knowledge, action plans, better skill sets and increased personal motivation, many formal large conference programs become more of an opportunity to network – which is certainly a worthwhile outcome, but at great expense.
This intensive retreat experience is designed for the professional who is commitment to their own leadership development for the intent of better managing, directing, inspiring, supervising and leading others to a common mission. Higher level concepts of “leadership through followship” will be offered, along with numerous self-reflective and self-assessment opportunities. Practical skill training in the areas of dealing with difficult people, building a sense of team synergy, fostering collaboration through motivation, recognition and role-modeling, managing through change, and balancing personal with professional life are some of the topics covered.

Given the intimate design of these retreats, registration is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Registering with other colleagues and professionals is highly encouraged and every effort will be made to make requested room accommodations, but there are no guarantees unless the registrations are made together. Reservations are held by either a PO number, check or credit card number. A 50% deposit is due at the time of the reservation. Payment in full is due upon check in at the retreat.
ALL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED! Unlike many professional development opportunities currently available, AmaZING! Leadership Retreats are designed to be an all inclusive first class, intimate and intensive training environment. The program cost includes all registration expenses, lobster dinner, clam bake, two lunches, two continental breakfasts with espresso selections, and all break refreshments. Transportation to and from Logan (Boston) or TF Green (Providence) is also included in the program cost. No hidden expenses. Guests are responsible for their own flip flops and air transportation if needed.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event of cancellation, if the space can not be filled, 100% of the amount due will be charged. However, an already paid in full registration can be used at another retreat date without penalty. If cancelled by Zing!™ Leadership Development Systems, LLC due to an Act of God – which include anticipation of a coastal storm, as well as, situations making travel potentially dangerous – all registration fees will be refunded less $100 for administrative expenses. There is no obligation to reschedule. The objective of any cancellation policy is to protect the financial obligations and commitments of all parties, as well as, to keep the policies as understanding and human focuses as possible.
