The worst thing about retreats is when there is either too much content without any time to reflect upon it, or when there isn’t any substance – just lots of “group” work. Having attended literally hundreds of conferences in her professional career, retreat designer Nancy Hunter Denney promises to provide a healthy content rich and inspirationally enhanced balance program. Specifically, an aggressive content rich program is intentionally planned around reflection opportunities, personal recreation, intimate meals, assigned reading and yes… relaxation!
