Hosted in a private four bedroom seaside home on the shores of Buzzards Bay, the quaint guest quarters are decorated in traditional New England ocean front style. Breakfast and lunch is served on a four season glass porch with full water views. Coffee and refreshments are enjoyed on one of two patios surrounded by native flowers, sea grass and birds.

A million dollar view of passing sail boats coming in and out of Sippican Harbor, as well as, Bird Island and the Cleveland Ledge light house is found out any door. On clear days, there is a direct view to the Elizabethan Islands and Woods Hole. Once registered, specific directions to the site located in Marion, Massachusetts are provided. This “Martha Vineyard like” community is only fifty minutes north of Providence, RI airport and one hour south of the Boston Logan airport. Transportation to and from both airports is provided at no additional cost.
